2014 ACC Baltimore - Setup Day

Ody and I were in the setup line by 8:30AM on Wednesday.  I wanted to be the first one in line but missed it by a few vehicles.  Nonetheless we were escorted in to my booth right about 9:00AM.  I commenced to unload.

It took about twenty minutes to unload.  Then Ody was returned to its parking spot at the hotel.  Ody was pouting as I had promised a car wash and didn't deliver.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I started to set up my booth.  Most everything is wrapped in moving blankets.  It takes a lot of time to unwrap inventory, fold the blankets and stack them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The setup and pricing were completed in six hours including a lunch break.  I forgot to get a picture of the complete booth today.  I have to return tomorrow to hang the new posters that arrived today at the hotel.  That would be a good time to get final pictures and video.
